Unable to update custom field via jira plugin in Jenkins

Hi, I am trying to update one of custom fields in Jira ticket via Jenkins. I've tried making use of both Issue custom field updater and Update JIRA issues (jira-ext-plugin) but no success.

 Jira global setting from Manager Jenkins is set and successfully verified

Any advice on this is appreciated.
