Hi,

I am unable to see Commitment in Velocity chart. As I understood estimates should be available when Sprint starts and sub task are not consider.
We use estimates to our Stories or custom Issue Types. Moreover, we complete the sprint in the morning and allow time for users to add tickets to new Sprint, later by afternoon the new Sprint will start. Is there any process that we miss?

Moreover, we don't use To do in our board columns, would that be impacting this?

Hi @Jeffrin Rex JB ,

Welcome to community :)

yes that's right , A zero value in the Committed bar for the Velocity chart indicates that there was no estimation information entered for issues in the sprint at the time the sprint was started.

You would need to look at the history of each issue and compare when the estimation information was entered for each issue against the date/time the sprint was started.

Could you please check confirm that?

Also please see the KB article if this matches with your error : https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/velocity-reports-resetting-the-completed-story-points-to-0-on-all-closed-sprints-on-team-managed-projects-1188786936.html

Thank You,

Prachi
