Hello,

I am actually trying to export my epics into jira project. I have managed to do so but i got the "unable to parse date " error message.

I want my dates to be to this format : 12/04/2023 ( 12 april 2023 : day/month/year)
I have put this value in the export Jira manager :

Capture d’écran 2023-10-18 à 20.16.27.png
And in my excel its configured like this  :

Capture d’écran 2023-10-18 à 20.19.13.pngCapture d’écran 2023-10-18 à 20.18.45.png

Do you know what i am doing wrong ? What format date i should use in jira manager and csv to make it works?

Thanks in advance for your answers !

Regards

Hi Vigneux,

Did you try to make the 'M' as small, and add 2 more y's in the Jira format?

That will mostly work for the 'unable to parse date' issue.
