Unable to create/edit sprints even with permissions set up

I am a scrum master and a project admin for the project, and the filter is just for that project. Never come across this before - is it a bug?

* Have you double checked the Manage sprints permission?
* What is the error message that you are receiving?
* To double check, you can see your project and access it?
