Hello,
I am trying to create a SubTask issue type on a Team based software project.
When I click on add issue type, I don't have the Subtask issue type to add from.
Any suggested solutions?
Hi Guitta,
Welcome to Atlassian Community! In team-managed project, you can have only one sub-task issue type, and it's already available in your project, "Subtask".
Hope that helps.
Hi Yanty,
So in Company-managed I can create different subtasks types and in Team-managed I am allowed to use only the standard subtask without creating any variation?
Thank you,

Yes, if you're a Jira admin, you can go to https://<your_jira_instance>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/subtasks/ManageSubTasks.jspa and create new subtasks. Then add the new subtask to the Issue Type Scheme used by your project, https://<your_jira_instance>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/issues/issue-type-schemes.

Hi @guitta_b
There can only be one Sub Task Issue Type as of now.
If your project doesn't have an issue type, you can add one Sub Task for the Project.
