The problem:
Refer to the screenshot below, please.
When looking at a table of test runs in the Tricentis test management > test execution view, I cannot find a way to add a comments/notes column in this view.
It takes too many steps to get to a comment associated with a test run (opening the test run, looking through the steps to find the one with a comment, then selecting the comment icon each time).
Is there no way to leave notes to view at a glance in this table view seen below?
Steps I've taken to solve the problem:
I've looked through the Tricentis support docs and searched for similar questions. I've gone through all settings I can access as a project administrator.
Hi @Ryan Owens
Welcome to the community.
The issue you are having is with the Tricentris app, this is a 3rd party app (son not native to Jira).
Any options not available in the app should be mentioned to the vendor. Atlassian is not responsible on how 3rd party apps handle actions and options in their app.
Contact the vendors support department on this requirement

@Ryan Owens Hi Ryan nice to meet you, as @Marc - Devoteam noted this app is 3rd party app, we have a live support chat that you can quickly reach out to us with this kind of issues.
Also we have an email support: atlassian-marketplace-support@tricentis.com
However the best way to contact us is via the live support in the app itself you can send us a message by clicking here:
I will create a feature request based on the details you provided and we will stay in touch

Note: The red rectangles are purely a mockup to demonstrate what I'm trying to achieve; I'm just looking for a column that supports free form text input in this table so I can see all comments at a glance next to a failed/in-progress test run.
