Timeline configuration issue

I've defined a couple of Epics, and I have set the start date and the due date for both of them.

Yet, I can't find them in the timeline.

I've ensured that the filter actually fetches the epics, but still I have the annoying "Your Project doesn't have Epics Configured" message and I haven't found any useful tutorial.

Please help, and thanks in advance!

Hello Julio,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Can you please check the Board Filter used for your Scrum board? It can be found under General tab in the Configure Board Settings.

You can copy the filter query and search it on the issue navigator to find whether the epics are showing under the results.

If not, please edit the filter query and save the filter. The reason why Jira Issues not showing in Board, but showing under List is because of the Board Filter.

Thanks!
