Time Tracking Report > Est. Time Remaining is incorrect

When I open the time tracking report, some of the values for "est. time remaining" are incorrect / illogical. See the yellow highlights in my attachment. I need to be able to reliably get the estimated hours remaining on a project at any given time.

For example, original estimate "1w 1h", time spent "-", time remaining "0m". I would expect time remaining to be "1w 1h" but it's zero...

Probably I'm just misunderstanding how to use this report - could someone help me know if this is expected behavior and why? Or if it's broken where I should report this issue.

It looks like the issue was my misunderstanding of how the remaining estimate works as it appears to be potentially independent of original estimate and time spent. Closing.
