Ticket should move one status to another only if comment added in that ticket

Hi, @Chaitanya B !

If you`re open to Jira plugins, you can try out Business Process Manager app, developed by my team. 

To solve your case, use the Submission Action function. It looks like that image.png

So, you need to create the Template for the issue and Choose Project where the task will be created. After that choose the assignee who is responsible for this task.

And after those operations, you can add the submission function to move tasks through your workflow. For user, it looks like that

That doesn't sound like a good requirement unless you are looking for a specific value/text in the comment. Just requiring a comment means they could just put 'x' to satisfy the test. You might be able to do that with scripting, but not our of the box. Using a jira suite utilities you can make a custom field like a select list required during the transition.
