There is no button, link, option to remove a user row/entity from a project

Hi @Antonio Koronios,

You marked your question as related to Jira's free plan. As listed at the top of the article you referenced, permissions in a free plan are not configurable. So, if you are on a free plan indeed, that's why you can't remove a user.

If you are on a paid plan, you must be an administrator of the project yourself in order to add / remove users.

thanks you for your feedback.
So If I am using a Free Plan I can add users but I cant Remove/Delete them

You can add (and remove) users to (or from) your entire site, but not from separate projects. Any user you add will get full access to all projects on your site on a free plan.
