Switching to new issue view when creating an issue

Hello,

The new issue view is turned on for my account and when trying to edit an issue, I get the new issue view, with the new markdown :

However when trying to create a new task, I'm still getting the old issue view with the old markdown:

This inconsistency is confusing.

Can you guide me on how to configure to view the same layout also when creating an issue?

This is how ticket creation works. It pops up a dialog box with the Create screen. Once you have created the ticket, you will see the new View/Edit screen

My question is how do I see the new style also when creating the ticket?

When creating the ticket, the old markdown should be used.

When editing the ticket, the new markdown should be used.

I'm sure that it's not Atlassian's  intention to confuse the users.
