Sub-Tasks - Instead of Backlog it should start with To Do

Hi,

I have a workflow which starts from

Backlog->Groomed->To Do->In Progress........

Whenever a ticket is created it starts with Backlog. 

And When a sub-task is created it is also starting with Backlog, instead I want the Sub-Task to start with To Do status. Is it possible.?

Hello @Gnanabaskar ,

if you have jira admin privileges. Please check the workflow of the subtask. And Create transition on the subtask workflow. You can modify the workflow based on your need.

Note : if the workflow is assigned to more projects, or mores issue types, make a copy and perform the customisations.
