Hello!

One more thing about solving this, you can use the "where's is my field" helper on the field you looking for!

It should help you to get why the field isnt showing.

Hope this can help

Is the story points field valid for the issue type you are transitioning?  Or possibly hidden in the field configuration?

There's three ways you can show/hide fields

1. the context, which is why I ask about the validity of the field - check the list of custom fields and that story points is valid for your project and issue type

2. The screen - which I assume you've added it to

3. The field configuration for a project/issue-type can be used to hide a field as well

Thanks for your reply, I checked everything as you have mentioned and even i made story points required in field configuration but still its not working, while performing transition from one status to another in the transition screen its not visible.

I can't tell you any more than I have already.

The field must be in context, not be hidden by the field configuration, and on the screen you want it on.

Could you show us those three configurations for the the field?  My best guess is that while you might have the right configuration set up on each, your project is not actually configured to use the configs you have defined.
