Does JIra have a create issue page that is not a popup?When I need to quickly create an issue, I have to wait for the whole dashboard to load so that I can click on the Create button.
I'd like to simply have the create issue popup as a standalone page that loads quickly, where I can drop the details quickly and then close.

@david.provencher , You won't be able to load the create issue as a separate page in Jira Cloud.
