1. Getting the error on clicking the Zephyr scale "Something gone wrong, our team has been notified. If the problem persists please contact the Atlassian Support".
2. Also getting the "Something went wrong" when I click on Manage account in the profile.

Checking the status page (https://zephyr-scale.statuspage.io/) for Zephyr Scale, I could not see any problem recently. So, I think it is best to raise a ticket to the vendor if you are still facing the same problem. Here is the link to their support portal: https://support.smartbear.com/open-ticket/
