Hi all!
I'm just starting working with JIRA so my question maybe it's so simple...
I would like to configure several incoming email addresses just to send an email to one or another depending on which project I want this issue to be created.
For example, if I want to create an issue related to project1 I would sent an email to "prj1@... atlassian.com" so the issue is created automatically in this project. Same topic if I would like to create the issue in project 2... sending email to "prj2@...atlassian.com".
Thank you for your help!!
Regards,
Menchu
Hello Menchu,
I suggest you look into Automation, you can set up a trigger on issue creation and condition would be the project and an email notification would be the action, there you can add any email address you prefer to receive the email notification.
Additionally you can look into notification schemes for standard event to trigger notification for specific users.
Let me know if this was helpful, cheers.
Nico.
