We recently created a Jira Software for a project, in which we would like to have feedback (bugs and tasks) from certain keyusers who don't have licence access to JiraSoftware.
We have created a Jira Service Management linked to this Jira software, but the information feedback isn't practical.
Do you know if there is a function that would automate this feedback directly in our Jira Software?
