Hi @Mike Sebastian

Yes - you just need to exempt them from your filter. To do this:

  • On your Board, select the options field (3-dots in upper-right)
  • Select Board Settings
  • Under General, select Edit Filter Query
  • Enhance your filter to exclude sub-tasks - for example, add "AND issuetype != Sub-task"
  • Save the filter

^ This will update the board and remove them from view.

Hi Stephen, that worked! So often it seems, our assumptions are part of the problem - and I assumed there was a better solution. It worked great, thank you!

@Stephen Wright _Elabor8_ for some reason I can't save it.
It says "You can create a new one but you can't save the original.", so I created a new one and when I try to find it in the saved filters there in board settings it doesn't show up.

Hi @André Vinicius _Portuga_

It should be there. I'd ensure:

  • The filter is shared - at least with the relevant project(s) / group(s)
  • It has a unique name, so it's easy to find

^ Did you get this working?
