Does anyone have real examples of regular expressions for a mail handler, can you share?

P.S. I cannot figure out why my regular expressions do not give the desired result, for example, separating the message from the rest by the desired word.

I literally HATE regex... or at least the documentation (lack of human readable documentation) around regex.
