Query for parent pulls to multiple parents

Hello,

I am using the following query to pull data in excel from Jira, however for unknown to me reasons, every time this quest pulls two parents instead of only one.
Here is my query:

project = XX AND labels in (Project_X) AND parent = XX-41 OR key = XX-41
ORDER BY type ASC, key ASC

Here is the result:
Epic XX-41
Epic XX-56
Story XX-20
Story XX-156
etc.

I don't understand why it pulls two Epics, where clearly I have specified to pull only epic 41?

Any help is appreciated.
