Project view accordion only showing some projects?

In the Project view with the accordion expand-collapse thing happening, the vertical bar down the ;eft, I am only seeing my 'business' projects.

In order for me to see 'All Projects' obvi I can click the 'All Projects' link but then I don't get the expand-collapse thing..

Is it a flag or something on the project or just the project type that determines visibility there?

In the top menu you can see recently viewed projects and your starred (favourite projects. Starred projects are displayed first, so you can choose what should be displayed there. 

To add projects to you favourites click star next to its name on the 'all projects' list.
