Hello We have an issue with one of our customers email. I see that all the customers within the organization and domain receive the email notification, but not this one.
If the email addresses no longer receive any Atlassian/Jira emails, there is a good chance they ended up on an email Suppression list with Atlassian. You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to have them test it.
