We have an issue with one of our customers email.
I see that all the customers within the organization and domain receive the email notification, but not this one.
upd and mine also disappeared too

If the email addresses no longer receive any Atlassian/Jira emails, there is a good chance they ended up on an email Suppression list with Atlassian. You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to have them test it.
