we are using Jira Service Desk platform in our company. I have question about setting up option which will be block moving request to Pending status, before approval by Requestor. How can I do it? Is there any option to create sth like this? Mayby additional button? Thanks for any replies.

When approval is set, the only status that users who are not the approvers will see is "Cancel request":
"Any other agent" view:
Approver view:
If possible, create a test user which will not be an approver for you to test and confirm how agents will see a ticket that will be pending for an approval.
