Organization Assignment via Domain

Question

Hi,

I have a JIRA automation rule which assigns organization based on a domain which works when a client sends request or email.

But when employees from my organization forward the email to the SD using a custom email address, it assigns the wrong organization. Also, it always picks this one organization and I can't figure it out why.

Anyone ran into this, help, please.
