Notification with complete textual contents

Hi,

I need a way to get all Texts (to be precise: Description and all comments with author and timestamp) into the notification mails.

It would be easy to just alter the mailing template or such, but we are using onDemand. I m a big fan of workarounds and using stuff in ways, they are not meant to be used, so feel free to give me some absurd ideas.

There aren't any absurd ideas here. To change the emails, you need to hack the templates, and you can't do that on OnDemand.

the other option might be to intercept outgoing mails and reprocess them (i.e. mail server gets email from Jira, reads the subject for the issue ID, uses REST to pull the information from Jira, and rewrites the email before delivering it) but that only works if you're in control of the outgoing mail, or your users are all in the same incoming mail domain.

Well, then I guess we will give this option a try.
