Log error HttpClient connection reset

Hey,
I saw this error in our server log file today when invoking JIRA REST API, For a long time it worked fine before today. Could anyone meet the same problem and how to solve it?

@karl zhangthis error message usually means a server side error.

Have you checked you API Key, username etc?

Also please validate if status page provided by Atlassian - https://status.atlassian.com/

Thank you for your reply. I checked the API Key, when first failed, I try it again, it worked . It was always fine before. We have it runned on production for several months, code has no changes recently. But today this problem occurred many times.

I think this is due to downtime/slow server responses.

Atlassian Team should confirm this.
