Linked issues disabling

Hi all,

Does anyone know a way i can disable a linked issue for example Blocked by ?

I added a validator that pops a screen that "force" people when they move ticket to Blocked status to add the ticket that blocks it.

But i can see that sometimes people are still using the linked issue and doing the connection there.

How can i disable the Blocked by in the linked issue menu?

Hi

if you use the linking type: Blocks/is blocked by, I am not sure you can ask to remove it from the Link list drop down (which is predefined for the Project/company), without having the Block liking affected everywhere, means it would not be visible anymore in dashboard & co.

I would rather set up an automation that whenever a Block Link is set in the main drop down, the fields you provided in the screenshot would also be populated and a chatbot would push a message to the ticket assignee to ask him/her to populate the comment field, so this would make life easier for you and your team member.
