Jira user data migration

We need to data migrate, old user want to be removed from the account.
But before removing the old user we need every data belong to him migrated to another user within the same account.

Good day. Not sure if you are still looking for an answer. But do let us know if you still need any assistance. 

You can use the Bulk Edit option available on Jira to Change the ownership of issues from one user to other.
