Jira - updating document when attached as a file

Merridy Morris September 11, 2019

When we are testing we often add a more detailed test document , we would like testers to be able to update the steps or outcomes as changes are implemented. Can you update the document in real time like you can if it was on sharepoint or confluence?

thanks

Merridy

@Merridy MorrisIn that case, you can not update the document in real time. You should use Confluence to store your documents and then link the Confluence documents with your Jira issues.
