It's concern the service desk.
I have a general screen for all issues types. I added a single select list in this screen.
For "new feature" issue type, I want to display the value of this select list to the Customer in read-only when he is viewing the issue (not in creation mode if possible).
The agents can modidy the value of this list.
I think it's possible but how?
You could set it as a hidden field in that customer request type, with a predefined value.
That however would mean the field would be shown only after creation of the ticket (if it's the portal I don't see this as a problem).
Else, you would need an app from the marketplace (or build your own :P).
