Jira not retrieving saved filter when creating a custom board

Hi,

I am trying to create a custom board that shows the backlog for multiple projects.  I created and saved a filter that has my projects and tried to create a scrum board using a saved filter, however when I select the saved filter box i get the error as shown below.  Does anyone know how to fix?  Having the ability to view multiple backlogs will be very useful in my organization.

No. It was not specific to your instance. It was affecting multiple Cloud site. 

The incident has been fixed. You should be able to search for the filters now.
