Jira images attaching to Issues when user responds via email

This might be the same as another question, but I'm not sure.

It seems we have email notices on Jira sending as HTML. When a user responds to the email, we are seeing the Jira logo and the View Issue image attaching to the issue.  This happens every time the person replies via email and the images keep attaching.

I'd like to know if there is a way to avoid the attaching.
