We currently have several fields on our service tickets that we want visible to (non-licenced) customers to look at and see the status of those tickets. We've created a confluence page displaying the Jira Service Desk tickets and with relevant fields. The confluence page is public but the customer's cant see the ticket contents because the the customer does not have a JIRA account.
