Hi
I am trying to create a subtask and it was all working fine so I must have messed something up when editing the workflow as now when I try to create a sub task I get this error message in the create issue screen. It does still create the sub task. What did I do wrong?

Error creating issue: Issue workflow initialization error: unable to find Issue created with workflowId '11918'. Did the IssueCreateFunction run successfully on workflow.initialize() ?
