I'm not sure a 6,000 page pdf doc that will be out of date in 6 weeks is of a lot of use to anyone.
What use do you have for this? I'm trying to think of a use for such a pdf.
Searching through Jira Software documentation is not very efficient. I have some experience with googling, so this is not the user's problem.
With that, I've come across AI-driven app that consumes a pdf and then creates a bot capable of answering questions on the pdf content.
This would be a perfect solution for reducing the support desk work volume.

For some reason cloud version is not downloadable (Jira Documentation Directory | Atlassian Support | Atlassian Documentation).
Maybe you can create a support ticket (Atlassian Support) and ask for this resource.
