Jira Cloud UI new view could not load user name correctly, but the old view could

Hello, we got one issue that user name could not be shown correctly in the new view, the user name was integrated with the user property keys. this problem could not be reproduced in the old view. Is this issue a bug? or how could we make it work again?

1) The default (new) UI:

comment: All were shown 'UNKNOWN_USER'

2) Switch to old UI view, they are displayed correctly

I suspect this is an issue with the xMatters addon. I would suggest contacting their support to confirm/refute.

Further, it would be interesting to see if an actual comment by a user works correctly or not.
