Hi guys,
After migrating project from data-centre to cloud instance, I can see that one board is missing(maybe the most important one that we need).
I checked some things, the board is only related to the project(not other projects) and I deleted the project and performed re-migration, but the problem still persist. Any suggestions how can I fix this.
Thanks in advance
Hi @NNJK21
Were all the issues and fields related to that project imported successfully?
If it is only the board, do you think it makes sense to recreate the board in target?
HI Fazila,
As I can see all the issues and filters has been migrated and the other two boards, the only this am missing is the 3rd board.
Since I don't have previous experience with Jira, is recreating the board gonna solve the problem?

@NNJK21 Search the board under boards and see if it is visible or not. Click on Your work>select board option> search for your board.

Hi @NNJK21
As boards are based on filter, did you use an app like scriptrunner on the server side and use any related to the apps jql clauses in your filter?
This would cause the filter not to be working on cLoud and maybe even not migrated.
Can you check if the filter used in the board on the server side is migrated to Cloud and working?

Hi Marc,
yes we are using script runner, but we also have it on our cloud site.
And as far I can see in view all filter, the filter are the same as on server side.

Hi @NNJK21
So the filter is there, is it working, so providing results and are the permissions on the filter still correct?
