Hi everyone,
I am just wondering on how to setup a automation rule which resolves the following use case:
- IF an issue gets assigned to a certain user (e.g. Company Internal)
and
this issue was assigned before to some defined other users (e.g. Company External, Chris, Michael)
- THEN the automation should
assign the issue to the reporter of the issue
and
add a comment on the issue.
I am struggeling with the IF part - I've tried to work with comparing smart values {{changelog.assignee.from}} and {{assignee.accountId}} but it was not successful.
Anyone an idea to solve this?
