So I have this custom field which we input the users email address. I want to get a JQL for when the email is updated then we get the info of that new email address.
there is a JQL operator CHANGED but it is only supported by very few system fields. So if you want to stay on top of these changes, have you considered an automation rule to watch the field update and send an email or trigger a different action?
