I would like to run a JQL command to see which tickets have been created via email or via the support portal.
I know it is visible in the ticket itself and you can see the numbers in a gadget on the dashboard, but I would like to have an overview.
Is there a JQL command that could do this?

indeed I can filter by channel type. But is it possible to have a column with that? meaning I can see all and one field with the channel type?
