JIRA url in Chrome browser going in loops a and not displaying the welcome page

Question

After login to the JIRA portal my chrome browser gets into infinite loop and throws an error.

Could you please help me with this issue.

Hi Mohan -

Have you already tried the standard stuff?  Like:

* Completely clear your browser cache;
* Try in an incognito window;
* Try a different browser;
* Try as you from a different machine;
* Have other people try it.

All of these will help isolate the problem.  You can contact support if you don't figure it out.  They will also probably want to know if you are using Atlassian Access or not.
