I my company we creating JIRA add-ons using REST API. From 14 Mar 2017 onwards, issue search API (https://xxxxx.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/search) not working. It give internal server error. Any other facing this issue?. Any one know the solution for this?. Any solutions appreciated.

Internal server error essentially means you need to read the logs to see what has gone wrong. In this case, you're on Cloud, so you'll need to contact Atlassian support to get someone to read them and tell you what's going wrong (an update has broken the API you are using, so they should be able to report it as a bug, or tell you how to use the new code correctly)
