JIRA create issue plugin not working

I am trying to integrate JIRA cloud with JENKINS where i tried using JIRA create issue plugin and am not able to create the ticket in JIRA. Please help me out with this issue.

We are trying to create a ticket in JIRA cloud when Jenkins build breaks.

Kindly review the above thread and let me know if it helps. In case it does not help, please provide more information about the plugin you are using, what are the steps you are following, what is failing, etc.
