Team is trying to work over the weekend and has logged into find that no data from tests i.e. steps and no data from executions is working.
JQL filters are not picking up any data and the reports function is not currently working.
When queries or actions are attempted - the loading screen just circles forever.

When you use an app within Jira, it's a best practice if you first look the problem to the vendor of the app, instead of Jira. If the problem is from the vendor, as it is now and it was well pointed by @Robert Wen_ReleaseTEAM_ ,then this leads to the source of the problem. If not then you, you can always check status.atlassian.com for updates over Atlassian outages.
