Issues not appearing in boards after configuring multiple screen schemes. How do I fix this?

I reorganized the fields on multiple screen schemes and now the issues are not appearing in most of the boards.

Screens and screen schemes do not affect issues on boards, apart from changing the format of fields or hiding fields.

Check what the board filters are selecting for the board to show, and what status you have mapped into the board columns - those are the two things that affect what appears on a board.
