Hi, I want to create issues from a gmail email.
I've created a handler in incoming messages but it doesn`t work.
Is it possible?
Thanks a lot!
Sergio
Try using the Email&Tasks: Jira Cloud for Gmail app by my team.
You can convert emails automatically using the 1-click task feature or manually.
You can also use the app to comment and edit tasks from your Gmail inbox.
Integration with Google Calendar is available - create events from your inbox and the associated Jira issue.
I hope you find it useful!
Hello Sergio, Good day. Yes, we should be able to connect Gmail with Jira cloud and then create issues through gmail. Please refer : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/
After adding incoming mail server (Gmail account). Make sure to create mail handler using this server.
