Issue in adding a child tasks in story or task

Hi, I am facing a issue while creating  a child issue as jira is not allowing me to add child issue with the main story or task

This is the second time I have heard this in a few minutes. Can you provide the exact steps so I can see if I can duplicate the same error?

As I've attached the video that child issue is not creating in the story or task , Everything worked perfectly at last night

@John Funk  I have cleared cache of browser or also checked it on the incognito window, but issue seems not to be resolved yet

I don't see an Epic listed as a Parent. Also, what type of project is this? Company-managed? Team-managed?

Are you using an add-on for that? That's not standard Jira functionality.
