Is there a way to create a new project type template in Jira Cloud

Hi All,

I got a requirement from a project team asking for a new project type. Say for example we do have different types as "Kanban", "Scrum", etc..

Similarly is there a way to create a new project template with the different name.

It can still have the same issues and permission schemes as of Scrum template.

Or is there a possibility to rename the project type from "Software Project" to a different name
