Is there a way to automatically add a label to an issue when I just ope the Create Issue window

Hello Atlassian community!

Can please somebody suggests the solution for the little thing...

I would like to have filed Labels to be filled up automatically when I just open Create Issue screen 

Trying to solve it I create an automation

BUT it does not work when I just open Create Issue screen 

Is there any solution to solve it?

OR the only proper way is to use created automation and the field Labels will be filled up only after the Issue is created ?

Automation updates data on existing issues.  It's not for doing defaults or templated prepopulation-leading-to-reams-of-junk-data type things.

If you want to stick a standard label on an issue as it is created, yes, that's what automation does.  After a human commits to creating the issue.  (But I'd warn you that sticking the same label on every is utterly pointless - you should be asking why this is useful, who is going to search on a label and why)
