We've hit a limitation with JSM - we were using the same project for multiple customers but the max number of SLA within a project is only 60 so we are splitting the customers across multiple projects. So,I want to know how many projects can be set up in JSM.
There is no limit on the number of projects. You can go as crazy as you like.
Have a look though into the way you manage access to those projects and take some time to think through the way you want to separate things. Also - maybe take some time to see if you can't consolidate some of you SLA's into defaults and (some, limited) exceptions. 60 different SLA's sounds like a situation that's hard to handle, even aside of the tooling.
